We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in approval of any visa or immigration application. Immigration decisions are made solely by the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.

Users are solely responsible for their own immigration applications and documents. Users should verify all information with official sources and consult qualified professionals for their specific situations.

5. Payment and Refunds

The paid tier is a one-time purchase processed via Stripe. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to support@japanprkit.com.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current. However, immigration rules change frequently. All content includes a "last verified" date. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outdated information.
