1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password (stored by Supabase). We never see or store your plain-text password.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or other payment details. We receive a transaction ID and email address from Stripe for order fulfillment.
Calculator Results
If you use our free HSP calculator, we may store your category selection and score for analytics purposes. If you provide your email for result delivery, it is stored for that purpose.
Usage Data
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, performance metrics). This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. All connections use TLS encryption. We follow security best practices for a small SaaS application.

5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as needed. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
